Civils Project Manager
We are working on behalf of a large Civils specialist contractor, who has extensive experience in delivering complex, and civils enabling works for multiple sectors across the UK.
Our client requires a Project Manager to join their management team to look after a project in Birmingham
The successful applicant will have:
* A proven track record in Project Managing large civil Projects
* Ideally be degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management
Initially this role if for 6-9 month period but may have scope to be extended.
As a Project Manager, you will join the company's existing management team, reporting directly to the Contract Manager and will be responsible for the onsite management of a project, ensuring it is managed within time and budget. You will have direct responsibility of site staff, ensuring they are motivated and able to complete the task at hand. As a Project Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contract and its duration, have a clear understanding of the client, project expectations, and requirements and you'll play a key role within their senior management team.
Rates and package negotiable including accommodation and mileage
Start Date beginning of January 2020
