Our client operates exclusively in the residential sector that design and build houses, apartments and associated retail and commercial space efficiently and economically.

Reporting to the Construction Director this is a key position for an experienced Contracts Manager who has a natural flair for management. Overseeing sites, teams and contractors to deliver a "start to finish" of house schemes you will manage approximately 6 sites and will be required to interact closely with the team at all stages of the construction process.
