Estimator / Surveyor - Groundworks

Redditch or Warwickshire

£55,000 - £70,000 per annum + benefits

An exciting new permanent opportunity to join a successful and thriving civils and ground works sub contractor is available for an experienced Estimator. Working in partnership with some of the UK's most prestigious 5-star house builders you will ideally have experience of pricing groundworks packages for a groundworks subcontractor.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate cost estimates
• Communicate with clients and team members regarding new and current projects
• Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
• Ensure timely completion of estimates
• Understand scope of work to bid
• Manage bid pricing from all vendors
• Prepare cost analysis
• Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
