Do you have recruitment experience or a sales support background? Would you like to join a passionate and driven team with an opportunity to advance into an Account Manager role? Construction is booming right now, and we have an opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to support our busy permanent division which is growing.
Key Accountabilities:
- Placing job adverts on job boards, directly sourcing, screening and telephone interviewing candidate's
- Creating shortlists and interview schedules - liaising with candidates and clients and providing feedback
- Updating the system to track applicant progress ensuring that skill sets and payroll details are accurate
- Liaising with hiring managers to take freelance bookings confirming duties and qualifications/experience
- Lead generation and recording client project updates to support sales activity
- Support candidates with payroll options regarding IR35, PAYE, Umbrella and Ltd company payroll options
- Check billing rates and PO numbers are recorded accurately to ensure invoices are issued correctly
- Create and manage weekly marketing strategy based on industry news using LinkedIn and Social Media platforms
