The successful candidate will be
Responding to incoming and outgoing calls & emails
Meeting + Greeting on reception
Maintaining site documents/records
Data entry / Updating database
Overseeing clocking machine + timesheets
General administrative duties.
Have previous site experience
The candidate must be:
- Well mannered & presentable
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft packages including EXCEL
Hours of work are flexible though ideally 8:30am- 17:00. This will be a temporary role. Hourly rate is negotiable.
