Venture Contracts are currently recruiting for a Site Manager based in Towcester. This will be working on a Commercial Build. The duration of this position will be Ongoing with potential to be taken on permanent.

Your Duties will be:

• Supervising on contracts, subcontract, consultants, design teams and specialists.
• Ensure all activities on site accords with both statutory Health and Safety Law and site specific RAMS.

• Minimising/eliminating potential programme delays and overseeing site Logistics
• Liaise with the project team, be involved in progress meetings.
• Responsible for driving the site forward
• Ensuring build programs and schedules are met and any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively
• Speaking with customers directly

Requirements for the Site Manager role:

• SMSTS
• NVQ 6 - Black Managers Card
• First Aid
• Previous commercial build experience
• Able to provide 2 references
