Site Manager - Decent Home Projects - External Wall Insulation EWI

£45 - £50,000 - Paid weekly via a weekly PAYE time sheet

Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm

Starts end of July until Christmas

Representing a leading energy and regeneration principle contractor you will ensure that sub-contractors are meeting health and safety regulations, scaffolding inspections, and working at heights tickets are essential. The Government Social Housing Decarbonisation Scheme (SHDF), will transform homes by insulation, window replacement and rendering.

You will be responsible for health and safety on-site, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by sub-contractors and the overall delivery of the programme.

Experience needed for this role includes -

• A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
• Working at heights
• Scaffold inspection
• Strong Health & Safety awareness
