Working Finishing Foreman - Northampton - Permanent

Venture Contracts are currently recruiting for a Working Finishing Foreman for housing sites based in Northampton. Ideally from a Handyman / Multi Trader background with or without SSSTS.

The Forman's duties will be,

• Overseeing finishing stages through to handover
• Overseeing trades and labor on site
• Planning day to day works on site
• Meeting timeframes
• Snagging / Making Good
• Ensuring health and safety is met

To be considered for this Foremen's role you will need the following,

• Previous housing experience / Finishing experience
• 2 Previous verbal references
• Long term previous placements
• CSCS
• SSSTS other tickets seen as benefit
• Own PPE

Working hours on site will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 17.00pm Possibilities of overtime.
