Working Finishing Foreman - Northampton

Venture Contracts are currently recruiting for a Working Foreman for a new housing development project based in Northampton.

The Forman's duties will be,

• Overseeing trades and labour on site
• Planning day to day works on site
• Ordering materials
• Trading architectural and structural drawings
• Meeting timeframes
• Ensuring health and safety is met

To be considered for this Foremen's role you will need the following,

• Previous housing experience / Finishing experience
• Multi Trade / Carpentry Background
• 2 Previous verbal references
• SSSTS Required, other tickets seen as benefit
• Own PPE

Working hours on site will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 17.00pm Possibilities of overtime. Duration will Ongoing- 4-year project.
